VUE’s al-12 System for Summerfest Briggs & Stratton Stage by Clearwing Productions
Live Sound International features an in-depth look into VUE’s large-format Scalable Line Array System – the al-12’s – maiden voyage on the SUMMERFEST Briggs & Stratton Stage in Milwaukee, WI. Clearwing Productions deployed the new VUE System with a little help from the rest of the al-Class and h-Class products. The results were impressive and the event redeemed a great success.

Mondo*dr September/ October issue features the world renowned members only club SOHO House located in West Hollywood, and their new sound system design and install in “The Luckman”, a club within a club, executed by Sensorium AVR out of NYC. The second feature in the magazine is a theme park installation story where more than 100 VUE i-class speakers are installed in London’s Shrek’s Adventure! attraction on Westminster Bridge Rd. brought to you by Merlin Entertainments, with audio system design and install by SSE Audio Group.

With more than 30 years of experience providing full-service audio visual services for live event production in Southern California and throughout the United States, Dennis Layton is best known for his role handling HBO Boxing. As President of Audio Visual Live, Layton prides himself on delivering state-of-the-art, custom solutions for his clients. As AVL’s VUE inventory increases, Layton’s need for sub-rentals for larger events has been reduced with the addition of VUE al-12 Large Format Line Array Systems. Layton’s VUE inventory now numbers more than 60 elements.

Harkening back to an era of dramatic social and political change, The SunnyBrook Ballroom is a storied music venue and dance hall rooted in the Roaring Twenties and is one of the few dance halls built in the pre-World War II era that is still in use. Gatsby’s Restaurant, Bar & Lounge is part of the historic facility located in Pottstown, PA, combining a unique menu with craft cocktails and live entertainment. Recently the existing sound system was replaced with i-Class Superior Integrator Systems loudspeakers from VUE Audiotechnik, installed by Sonic Sound.
